Online Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery times generally take 5-7 Business days but vary depending on your location and courier service. (shipped from Brisbane QLD, please allow longer for interstate, rural and remote areas)
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on eligible orders over the minimum spend threshold.(QLD & NSW orders $100+ , Other States/Territories order $200+)
We also offer free Click & Collect from our salon locations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, making it easy to pick up your order at a time that suits you.
What happens if I'm not home when my parcel arrives?
All Courier dispatched parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at the Delivery Address when your parcel arrives, the Courier will leave contact details for you to arrange re-delivery at a later time/day.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email.
I received a damaged or incorrect item — what do I do?
Please email info@sshairbeauty.com.au with your order number and photos if applicable, and our team will help resolve the issue.

Can I return my order?
Unopened products in original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase and in accordance with our returns policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, Apple Pay and other available payment methods.

How do I book a salon appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through our booking page or by contacting your local salon directly. We also pride ourselves on welcoming walk-ins, giving you convenient and affordable hair services when it suits you. For longer services such as colour appointments, bookings are recommended to ensure we can allocate the right amount of time for you.
How many salon locations do you have?
S+S Hair.Beauty has over 25 salon locations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, making professional hair and beauty services more accessible and affordable. To find your nearest salon, visit our Store Locator.
Do salons accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome at S+S Hair.Beauty salons. While we do our best to accommodate same-day services, we recommend booking ahead for longer appointments such as colour services, foils or specialty treatments to ensure the right service time can be reserved.
Do salon prices vary by location?
We pride ourselves on offering affordable pricing with consistent service pricing across our salons.
